Delete PDF Pages

Remove unwanted physical pages from a PDF and download the remaining document without uploading it.

Private browser processing

Delete PDF pages

Enter the physical page numbers to remove and keep the remaining pages in order.

Private by design. Processing happens in this browser. Your files are never uploaded to Tool Packer.

How it works

Process files without an upload queue

Choose a PDF, enter individual pages or inclusive ranges, and Tool Packer removes those pages from a newly saved copy while preserving the order of every page you keep.

Important limitation

Keep the original file

Deleting pages rebuilds the document and can invalidate digital signatures or affect advanced outlines, forms, tags, and page-linked annotations. Page numbers refer to physical order, and at least one page must remain.

How to use it

Get a reliable result

  1. Choose a PDF file up to 50 MB and confirm its detected page count.
  2. Enter pages such as 2, 4-6 using physical page order.
  3. Delete the selected pages and download the newly saved PDF copy.

Common workflows

  • Remove blank scanner pages
  • Delete an unwanted cover or appendix
  • Share only the necessary portion of a document

Know before you start

Important limitations

  • Page numbers refer to physical PDF order, not custom labels printed on pages.
  • At least one page must remain; use the original file if every page should be discarded.
  • Rebuilding can invalidate digital signatures and may affect advanced outlines, forms, tags, annotations, portfolios, or shared document structures.
  • Password-protected, damaged, or very large PDFs may not open within available browser memory.

Common questions

Delete PDF Pages FAQ

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. Page counting, deletion, rebuilding, and download all happen in the current browser tab.

Can I delete a range of pages?

Yes. Enter comma-separated pages and inclusive ranges such as 2, 4-6.

Why might a signature stop validating?

A digital signature protects a particular document state. Removing pages and saving a new PDF changes that state.
